RECOMENDATIONS TO BOIL THE DRINKING WATER IN KATTERJOKK
Kiruna municipality's water pump house is devastated after a fire. The water that is in the pipeline network in Katterjokk is taken directly from the nearby creek and is untreated as there is no barrier (purification) and cannot be classified as approved drinking water. Therefore, boiling drinking water used for food and drink is recommended. The water samples show that the water is serviceable and regular sampling takes place.
